This makes the person behind the brand (you!) More accessible to the customer. This will put you on much more solid ground than someone who is just winging it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once you know your industry, please take a close look at your competitors within it. What are they doing that is the same as everyone else? You want to do something completely different and better.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If you do business differently and with more authenticity than your competitors, you will turn heads.
